Shawpoint receives approximately two potential deals a day seeking to advise a sale or raise capital. We accept one client a month for corporate finance advisory work. Our larger, mature clients focus on private equity and strategic corporate investors and acquirers. The younger, higher growth companies are more suited to angel investors and family offices.
Many Forum deals are SEIS or EIS eligible for HMRC qualifying UK tax residents.
Shawpoint supports SMEs across Europe in raising debt, equity financing and advises on the sale of businesses.
