Our deal origination is from client referrals: shareholders of businesses we have advised and acquiring firms.

Our primary focus is investment banking for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) seeking to grow or sell themselves. More recently we have grown to advise FTSE and AIM listed companies.

We fund raise exclusively from private sources and not in the public markets for both equity and debt. We advise on the sale and acquisition of businesses (M&A) for both sell and buy-side.

We learn from each of our clients. After advising a client providing environmental, social and governance (ESG) data Shawpoint become carbon neutral from 2019 and achieved the externally audited Environmental Management ISO 14001 accreditation in 2020.

Our management and colleagues are valued team members and Shawpoint has been externally audited by ‘Investors In People’ since 2019.
